Searching database resets after clicking card

When you search for a card and quick add, if you click on the card instead of the + sign it goes into the card details and when you turn back it no longer shows that card in search but the starting database. If solved it would be a QoL update when adding a lot of new cards as you can misclick quite often. Video attached
